Hi, I’m Crystal and I’m passionate about supporting women who are experiencing fatigue during perimenopause. This work holds a deep personal meaning for me as it’s a journey I understand first-hand. I know how disruptive and debilitating the symptoms associated with perimenopause can be – both physically and emotionally.
